We are sorry to see you go. Below you can authenticate and permanently delete your Promptly Mom account and personal data.
What happens when you delete your account
- Data Deleted: Your profile credentials, saved preferences, app activity history, and user settings will be permanently erased.
- Data Retained: Historical purchase and billing transaction records are retained for up to 7 years to fulfill legal, tax, and accounting compliance obligations.
- Action is Irreversible: Once confirmed, your account cannot be recovered or restored.
⚠️ Active Subscription Notice
Deleting your Promptly Mom account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription. To avoid ongoing renewal charges, please cancel your subscription directly in your store settings before deleting your account:
- iOS (Apple App Store): Open Settings on your iPhone → Tap your Name → Subscriptions → Promptly Mom → Cancel Subscription.
- Android (Google Play): Open Google Play Store → Profile Icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Promptly Mom → Cancel subscription.
📱 Signed Up with Apple?
If you registered using Sign in with Apple, please initiate deletion inside the Promptly Mom iOS app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). Apple requires secure native identity token verification to complete account deletion for Apple ID users.
